Nippon’s fiberglass business began in the 1930s, but its production was quickly interrupted by the Second World War.
By the mid-1950s, Nippos fiberglass factories were running out of materials.
The company’s chairman died in 1954, and the company’s business was taken over by a new owner.

In the 1980s, however, another Japanese company named Toyo-Nippo began making a resurgence of its own.
Toyo Nipposho (which stands for Toyo Manufacturing Co.) began producing fiberglass in the mid 1990s.
Its products have since made it to the world stage.
Toyo-Koji’s Fiberglass and Glass manufacturing plants are located in Yokohama, Japan, and its fiberglass factory is located in Chiba, Japan.
Toyos production facilities are located near the Japanese city of Nara, which is also home to the largest fiberglass production facilities in the world.
Toyos main focus is on making its products in Japan, but the company also has branches in Germany, Australia, and Canada.
Toyotas production facilities also produce a wide range of other products.
Its primary product, fiberglass, is a flexible, lightweight material that can be molded into shapes ranging from triangles to rectangular boxes.
Its production facilities consist of a single building that is made up of three floors, and each floor houses three assembly areas.
The floors are all covered in glass that can also be poured and shaped into various shapes.
Toyots production process is similar to that of a glass factory, with glassware used to shape the glass.
